All Kyocera printers sold by Landau Technologies come with a three-year manufacturer's (Kyocera) warranty. Depending on where your site is you may have either a on-site warranty or a Return-To-Base warranty.

Should your printer require servicing above and beyond user maintenance, and you have a RTB warranty, your options are:

  • Return to a Kyocera authorised repair agent at own expense. Please review our "Service Directory" page for a list of Kyocera service agents.
  • Return to Landau Technologies at own expense. Please review our "Logistics" page for details on couriers etc.
  • Have one of our technicians visit, standard rates apply for our time and travel.

Remember first to collect the detail as listed in the "Service Directory" page before lodging a service call.


Toner

When the light marked toner flashes, you are either low or out of toner. Always have on hand at least one spare toner for every four printers of the same model.

The Kyocera FS680 uses a TK-16 toner kit.
The Kyocera FS1010 uses a TK-17 toner kit.
The Kyocera FS1200 uses a TK-25 toner kit.


Paper Jam

Remember to open the top caver and close after clearing a paper jam. As with inkjet printers, being gentle is the key to removing a paper jam without destroying the printer.
