We currently have sites that we have established from the start as diverse as Cairns, Townsville and Jandowae. We have clients that we have undertaken training, service and support for in Moura, Biloela, Pittsworth and Toowoomba. These include both small business and medical practices.

Travel throughout Queensland does not represent any barriers. Naturally travel costs need to be met; however we remain mindful of these costs and attempt to keep these to a minimum. Some of the strategies we employ to reduce travel costs:

• Group / cluster clients and seek to visit as many clients in one region at a time, thus spreading travel costs between all clients.
  
  

• Seek opportunities to reduce accommodation costs.
  
  

• Use local support where suitable.
  
  

• Good use of couriers for equipment transport.
  
  

• Excellent use of remote control/support software such as Virtual Network Computing (VNC), PCAnywhere and Windows Messenger to diagnose and resolve many problems.
  
  

• Quality telephone support where possible.

• Whilst on-site we try to make time to undertake as much system awareness and administration training as possible, thus creating a greater level of self-reliance.

• Whenever and wherever possible, we like to combine visits to rural and remote sites with recreational activities such as seeing rural Queensland and trail riding, thus absorbing some of the costs.
  
  

• Comprehensive site documentation on our unique client database that helps us know what equipment you use and how you system is setup.
