How do I add a new E-mail User?

It is very important to be logged in as the Pegasus Administrator. This is usually the person on-site who does most of the initial IT troubleshooting. It is also important that you open Pegasus afresh, and not via the "Change User" function.

If it is open, close down Pegasus entirely by a single-click on the cross in the top right hand side of Pegasus.

Open Pegasus, logging in as the Administrator. This username may be Admin, Administrator or that of one of the staff who works as the system administrator.

Single-left-click on Addresses, then "User management":

The following box will appear:

Single-left-click on "New" and the following box will appear:

Add in the Username and other details. I recommend that "Administrator privileges" and "Copy default mail messages" are turned off.
