How do I check my version of VET?

After VET has opened, single-left-click on "Help" and then "About". Remember to note both the "Product Version and the Minor Data file.

How often should I update my minor update file for VET?

Our experience has shown that at least once a week is appropriate. If you have permanent high speed internet connection, you can set your system to autodownload your minor update as often as you wish. You can also set up VET to e-mail us whenever it finds a virus. This way we can prepare a response, if needed before you even know you have a virus. Call us or e-mail karen@landau.com.au to arrange an on-site visit if you would like to have this standard of protection (standard rates apply).
