Our Service and Support is available to all clients. Our philosophy is to
keep the equipment running well and to avoid many problems rather than fix after
a breakdown.
However breakdowns do occur and need to be fixed. We either fix our own
equipment or use a network of collegiate suppliers and sub-contractors to assist
where needed. In all cases we seek to:
Getting service and support in many rural areas is a constant source of frustration.
Quite often the difference between the quality support and mediocre service
isn't technical know-how; it is logistics and attention to detail. Wherever
possible we work in with local suppliers, couriers, bus companies - whatever it
takes to get the equipment working. We are also quite experienced in using
remote support software to diagnose and repair
many problems in our office.

permanently on your computer. To use thios, follow these steps"

so that this program can go through your local firewall.

we have type in the password at our end.

We have web cameras installed and can do training or remote
support via Skype, Windows Live / Windows Messenger or Yahoo Messenger. The

Skype and Yahoo Messenger offer video conferencing options and
cheap calls. Windows Live has both of these as well as remote assistance options
that allow us to remote control your computer and resolve software issues.
To use Windows Messenger Remote Assistance, you need to turn
on Remote Assistance in Windows Control Panel - System - Remote:

After downloading the setup file to your desktop, select:

If Windows Firewall pops up, select Unblock
Tell us the in the ID and password that appears in the left-hand
column.
Id all goes well, we should be able to connect, but this is a
trial so we shall see.
