Keep on running ...
Our Service and Support is available to all clients. Our philosophy is to

Getting service and support in many rural areas is a constant source of frustration.
Quite often the difference between the quality support and mediocre service
isn't technical know-how; it is logistics and attention to detail. Wherever
possible we work in with local suppliers, couriers, bus companies - whatever it
takes to get the equipment working. We are also quite experienced in using
remote support software to diagnose and repair
many problems in our office.
This is our remote access program that does need to be installed
permanently on your computer. Simply click on the appropriate car icon/picture below to
allow us access to your computer. You will be guided by our staff on which one
to select.
When the program starts to download, click on "Run", then "Run"
again and then finally "Connect" ignore the username and password fields.
We have web cameras installed and can do training or remote
support via Skype, Windows Live / Windows Messenger or Yahoo Messenger. The
addresses for these are:
Skype: shane_ltq
Windows Live / Windows Messenger:
shane_ltq@hotmail.com
Yahoo Messenger: shane_ltq@yahoo.com.au
Skype and Yahoo Messenger offer video conferencing options and
cheap calls. Windows Live has both of these as well as remote assistance options
that allow us to remote control your computer and resolve software issues.
To use Windows Messenger Remote Assistance, you need to turn
on Remote Assistance in Windows Control Panel - System - Remote:
